I was given a friendly service by "Mike" today and he was patient with my frustration over the phone. He listened to my query and he took me on a step by step process to resolve. He was friendly and professional in his approach. He solved the problem and went further to explain how the LOOP device works. I have had this now for 2 weeks but none of his colleagues could explain and help me to be connected as I'm always on the road and need internet mobility. Thank you Mike! Well done!
