I was experiencing network problem, my router wasn't providing any network, I called in on the 5th of June 2023. Nobody called me back. Today the 15th of June 2023 I am getting an email saying I should write a review about the assistance I received. I have not received any assistance from Rain to date. Save your money and look else where for better services providers that are taking care of their customer, because you are not going to receive any from rain. Cancelling our subscription with Rain month end. Horrible customer care😡😡😡
