I was experiencing network issues with Rain the month of January

I was experiencing network issues with Rain the month of January. so I decided to cancel their services paid the outstanding balance and also I have have been up to date with my payments . Today when I check my bank statement they took an installment for this month. When I call them for refund they are saying I am paying for month of December
