I was about to purchase the 5G Router with 100mbps package on the website but had some doubts after reading up on it and had some questions I needed answers. So I requested a callback from their website and spoke to Junaid Goolam. Very polite, helpful and not 'salesy' at all. He answered all of my questions very clearly and walked me through the entire process so that I wasn't confused at all. He assisted me through the payment process and informed me about a running promotion that the website didn't advertise. I completed the signup and payment within 8 minutes while he was on a call with me and now I'm on my way to collect my router 😊 .
