I was a customer with Rain briefly early 2023 but due to my area the connection wasn't too great so I moved over to a Fibre ISP I just got off the phone now with Phila in their Support department and she was just such a joy to deal with. I was initially quite unhappy when calling due a mail I received about being handed over however Phila was exceptional in explaining why indeed my old ACC had been in arrears and she took her time looking to resolve the matter for me and for that I commend her
