I want to give a thumbz up about the excellent service that I got from Donny Nkomo. He was so helpful in assisting me by displaying elements of excellent customer service. I had a problem of connecting to internet, I called and spoke to Wendy, who asked me to Restart my phone and promised to call me back after 10min that is at 11h30. She did not call me back at all. I called again at 13h13, spoke to Zanele who said that she is going to escalate my query because the problem is on their side that my account is blocked. And she promised to call me back at 14h30, she did not call back. I am very dissapointed on the bad service that I got from the two ladies. When I called again at 15h30, I got Donny, he did not take hours or ages to assist me. I got connected.
