I want to cancel the sin card it's a **** network

The worse internet provide. Now when you go to the portal it does not allow you to cancel. No I don't know what to do I have already paid the R499 unlimited data but have never been able to connect . Its unfair and I think it's a **** i will take it up and sue as i have paid and i cant use it
