I want to cancel my rain simcard

Hello Peter I've been using rain for 5 to 6 years now recently around 2 of February the internet connection just went off after paying on the 1st of February I've been calling to cancel I have multiple references till today they haven't got back to me everyday they are busy debiting for March causing unnecessary bank charges please help me cancel this simcard very useless they don't care about their customer
