I want out of Rain, worst service and bad communication

I have been getting the worst service ever from Rain, ever since I signed for their network 2 years ago. Their service is the worst now, their communications and support system is always not available. You stay on the phone for more than 15 minutes, no one answers to your calls, they don't even call you after you send a ticket. I want out ASAP. The only message I get on their useless WHATSAPP is this "Philasande, please connect with us by downloading the myrain app or go to myrain at rain.co.za. Alternatively, give us a call on ***"
