I want myoney back. Subscription cancelled on 1st-10-25. Don't ***** from me!!!
I have been with rain from 2019 -2020 when it started at 249 and over the years it has gone up now it's 295 while it's competitors give you interestent for all hours 10gb at half their price. I have canceled the subscription on the 1/10/25 I was told that it will be. Cancelled on the 2nd a couple of days later. The SIM card was still active I went on the website cancelled again emailed them as well I threw away the SIM card there after. Now rain has ****** my money. I want my money back I didn't use your services I only used it the day I realised that the simcard was still active I did say I do not afford the 295 hence I called now you just continue to ***** my money when I cancelled and have not used your services.i want my money back I cannot afford your services anymore don't ***** from me.

02 Nov 2025, 07:20I cancelled on the 2025/20/01 after your payment went through on your online portal and I wasn't receiving a cancellation completed notification I had a chat with your online consultant in your website and was told that the cancellation will happened on the 2nd, then only in the 7th when I put the simcard I realised that it is still active then only did I email.
I made the 1st cancellation on the 1st however you website is set up in a way that customer can only sign up successfully y but forcefully continue to be subscribed even when they try and try to cancel. You *****ing from me is not rite take your pro rataoney because I only used your SIM card once to check if it was still active the whole money I didn't use it then you have the nerve to take 395 why don't you do the same on sign up, you take a pro rata fee but on cancellation that you delay then you take the full amount , this is *****ing and *******. I cancelled these services because I dont't afford them so No I want my money back. I didn't use your servicesc have a look at the log I probably used 80mb for the whole month then you have the audacity to t***** 295 from me this is wrong, it's is bad business .
