its December right now still waiting for the consultant by the name of Smangele to escalate my matter to her manager my account has been debited yet I'm not getting any feedback from anyone from rain, nor their logistic team at least advise if i should cancel this so i can be refunded for all these months you guys have been debiting my account the last time i got an email from you guy informed me that i would get a call from one of the agents guess what I'm always looking at my phone waiting for rain to call me mmm funny i let you debit putting my trust in you guys thinking you would solve my matter but you are not so you better tell me what will happen I'm giving you guy this week after i shall take further steps right after i spoke to your consultant she advised i should send screen shots guess what i did I'm tired calling yet i don't get any response from anyone from your side.
