I WANT MY REFUND THAT I WAS PROMISED!!!!!

I’m dissatisfied with the level of service I’m getting from this people. I app**** for the 5G Wi-Fi and for some reasons when I did, someone decided to add the 4G package on my 5G one without my consent. I was told I will be refunded the monies they’ve been deducting from my 4G within 7 to 10 working days and till today I have not received my funds. I’ve been sent from pillar to post with my own money and no one has the decency to update me nor give valid reasons as to why I’m still not refunded as the time frame I was given has long passed. I’ve sent emails made calls but it seems like people don’t know what they are doing. I’m even considering getting a reliable service provider as this is absurd. They were so quick do debit my account now it’s a hustle for them to give me back my money that I work so hard for. I don’t see myself recommending Rain to anyone really
