I WANT MY REFUND NOW!

Where is my refund!!!! I am done with you people - three times a technician came out! Numerous calls and lies about the billing.

I want ALL my money spent on you guys with the lack of internet paid to me immediately!

promises of emails never happened. promises of refunds still waiting.

If my refund is not my account by close of business today. I will be escalating this through to the Oombudsman ISPA - i actually have already and they are have asked for all the evidence I have. All the times I have called, all the times a technican has been out, all the times no internet.
