I want my Refund from 4 months ago...horrible experience
I have been complaining, sending emails to Rain for a router which they collected 2 months ago that never had any network coverage, Ian tired of calling them for my refund since August.. Rain is a ****.., they are quick, friendly when you want a contract with them they serve you real quick, when it comes to refunding my money for a service I never receive, I have to fight and go through hello Peter with no response or action from then .. The most horrible experience and the worst billing department IV ever come across...Their team leaders fail to escalate 1 refund request for 4 months...Pathetic Iam Soo disgusted.

21 Nov 2023, 07:34Where is my refund of R559 debited on the 1st of August, I was only refunded R306 for pro rata which I paid in July, IV never had any connection because I was told there's no closer tower I could be connected to until you collected your router on 10 October, I cancelled your services in September and was told of 24 working days for refund, months down the line I'm not refunded after numerous calls and emails I sent ..your service is the worst.. I feel ****med I want my money
