I want my refund
I have been with rain for almost a year now. I must admit that I was extremely happy with the overall service till the past week. I was billed twice, firstly the 27th April and 3rd of May. I have been to on the phone to the contact center from the 3rd at least twice a day insisting on a refund. I spend a good 10 min per call. Every single time, I have been given empty promises, and I am the one that has had to follow up. On Friday I spoke Ofentse one of the team leaders who refereed me Sibongile who promised to send me a summary of my payments..... It is Monday afternoon and I'm still waiting.
