I want my refund back: Rain

Hi... I bought a rain sim card from takealot and immediately after receiving, paid upfront for the 4G R479 package and started the rica process which was completed successfully on the 1st of September, the major reason I got this sim is for affordable data to run my business as it's an online business. I attempted using the sim but I seemed to have connectivity issues. I lodged a enquiry on their website and would have to wait for a reply via email as to what to do, which for me is a frustrating process as my issue required immediate action so I can attend to business. From the 2nd through to the 6th still no resolution just email saying the tickets I have lodged have been resolved which wasn't the case. I communicated to rain that if the issue had no resolution, I would like my refund back and I was still in the 7 day window to can cancel our contract. Rain requested my banking details on the 10th of September and those were forwarded to the billing department as the emails indicated. I waited until the around the 20th when I got another email requesting for my banking details yet again, even now I am still waiting for my refund.
