I want my refund ASAP

Hello Peter I ordered the 5G plan which comes with the router for work purposes. I had it cancelled within spec time since I realised it was not what I was looking for. Since then, it was collected after hustle and I had requested a refund was requested with Bonang who called me but was said to file my request. Return request was the done by Lerato but no refund has been done for me till date. I want my money back! It's been weeks now. When you call their helpline it tells you that they are working remotely and you should email them. The problem again is their emails are "no reply" and it seems they deactivate ur account on their support page soon as you cancel the service.
