I want my refund

I have cancelled my service with your company it has been months waiting for my refund,I have been promised a call back by your agent but nothing has been done to date.I don't have connection at my house and was advised about the technical team which is going to call nobody called after canceling the service still have to fight to get my refund back.How long should I wait to get my money it's been months without getting my money and been send from pillar to pos***** disappointing very much I worked for that money, it's funny how smoothly you sell your services but when we want to cancel its a problem, I've called even prior to give a full month 30 days notice. I'm getting fed up of this nonsense, you better sort out my account ,I need feedback as soon as possible and I'm not gonna let this go I want my R560 refunded back to my account.
