I want my refund!

Hello my name is JUDE, I am so disappointed in the service I got from rain network provider in regards with my refund...I placed an order for router and internet from Rain and later canceled and since then I have been struggling to get my refund but they said the funds have been refunded in my account but till today 30 May 2022 I called the call center and spoke to Nompelelo mazibuko and she promised to assist with the refund and promised to get back to me but even now I have not received anything!!!!!!
