I want my refund

I'm currently being billed every month for a service I no longer use or need. I called them this morning and spoke to a very rude consultant by the name of Abhishek who kept me on hold for 20mins, I stopped using rain in January and they still deducting money 4 months later. i'm not sure hope to cancel my contract with them now. this is frustrating and casting me money I don't have.
