I want my refund!!!!!

Rain is so *********** have been waiting for my refund from February after returning their router because it didn’t have any internet connection for 2 months,and they couldn’t provide me with a valid reason as to why and could not come up with any solution…. I took it back just after they debited my money even though it was not working at the time kept on calling them for a follow up though they were lying that they’re billing team will get back to me which they never did….. I hate rain…..
