I want my refund

Rain is quick to take money, before we even rica but when it comes to refund they take their and take you from pillar to post. I was told my refund was process last week Monday on the 2nd of August , I even received a confirmation email and payment will reflect within 7-10 days. When I followed up today cause it's day 9 and money wasn't in, I received another email to tell me that refund has been processed today. I am baffled and confused and at this point do not trust rain. I just want my money
