I want my refund

I have been sending my request to rain regarding the service I pay for and I never even get to use what I pay for but there is never a response to the emails sent to make things worse when you contact the call center they Will transfer you from one agent to another and don't even help you resolve the problem once they fail with that they consultant will hang up the call. Help will not be provided they give thee most horrible service in the country
