I want my number back please

I am disappointed the way you handled my issue with my number, I can't do anything without my number that i have lost because of rain, that number was very important because i used it for everything, now i couldn't pay my bills because i can't receive my money, now I have to wait 14 days so that it can be reversed. It is so painful, i am very disappointed with rain. I regret porting my number to rain. Two days ago someone called me and say i will get back my number but nothing till today. I don't know why i am always disappointed by rain, i have been calling and calling but no help.
