I want my money..unauthorized charge

This company is really testing me. I complained about being billed for not using their services and no one wanted to cancel my subscription. After complaining they called and cancelled my plan. Now you cant remove your card info on their app and i was charged for what..i want my money. I have no plan with them and my account had no outstanding fees. I'll be taking this to the customer ombudsmen as well. Gamble with your money if you sign up with them🤬🤬🤬
