I want my money back rain is a **** they debit for a non working sim

I haven't been using their sim card for the past 6 months or so because they are on 5g and where i am residing there is no 5g,but every month they debit my account and dont want to reverse my money. This month they did a double debit or Over R900. I have sent numerous emails but they not responding to any of them.
