I WANT MY MONEY BACK RAIN

I have sent an email to cancel my services with rain on the 5th of June, and Rain went to take my money month end June. I have raised my issue and they said I must wait for 72 hours they will get back to me. Till now I am still waiting for 72 hours it’s a second week now. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I didn’t even authorize the transaction, you guys took my money and I want it. I have been sending follow up emails to your agent she is not attending to me. What else do you want me to do? I couldn’t even reverse it because you took it as a purchase not a debit. I want my money, before I escalate the matter to my lawyers.
