I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I DO NOT USE YOUR SERVICES ANYMORE!!!

I had an account with rain but I canceled it because o was joining a different network which was better than their network coverage. I called to cancel my account with them and what they did was to debit me twice and they made some silly excuse about paying before using their services and I let that go. Now I see another debit order of R535 from my account and I see my account online hasn’t been removed. Rain I want my money back and don’t you dare tell me about some stupid payment that was missed because that’s always your excuse for taking peoples money. I want my money and remove my banking details from system you ******.
