I want my money back

I have asked on numerous times to the order to be cancellled and get my refund eventual I received the sim card which I was told it's activate when I tried to insert the card it wants a pin code which was never provided ,tried to call the call centre you hold on for decades

Please cancel my order number 573982, please process my refund urgently
