I want my money back. Bad customer service,

Bad customer service. Rain deducted money from my account even after I had cancelled my sim with them a month prior and even though I never used or had access to the internet due to a faulty sim that they delivered to me. When I asked for them to refund my money, they said they need to collect the router and sim that they delivered, however, its been over two weeks now, they haven't collected. Meaning I can't get my money back. Every time I follow-up with they, they say the matter is sitting with their logistics department whom will arrange for collection. Its been days, weeks now, I have been receiving the same feedback.
