I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the most unprofessional company to deal with.i have been requesting for my refund since the 1st of April.I have made numerous calls,sent emails and still no feedback.My services were deactivated in March due to not making payment for Feb.On the 21st of March I made the pro rata payment of R119 to activate my service,then at the end March I paid the remaining funds.Despite me not having any services from the 4th to the 21st of March I was still debited the full amount on the 1st of April for the month of March.i have explained myself for an entire 2 week and nobody seems to understand. I asked to show me a breakdown of how much data was used per day for the Month of March as I want to know why I was debited when the services were inactive.To date I am still waiting for the billing department to get back to me.*********** is an understand statement.Pathateric is the correct terminology to describe rain!
