I want my money back

Can someone please advise where i can report these ******* for taking my money and not refunding me since June when I cancelled their contract for poor service. I was promised my money will be in the account as soon as they receive their device back, this process normally takes up to 7 working days. 4 months later nobody replies to my emails and they don't have a working telephone number. I have been to both their premises and told they closed due to lockdown. Never seen an unprofessional company in my life like Rain worse of they are a service provider??? Becareful before signing up with them
