I want my money back
I am a rain customer and I missed my in December because they did not debit me I made a payment in the 29 of Feb of R1180 the services were on for one day and they switched them off requesting to pay again where as I paid double the amount already spoke to Pradeep and he said I should pay for January and February but I did not have the services for those months the internet was cut off.

05 Mar 2024, 09:15Spoke to Tracy and she mentioned that she is famous on Hellopeter and she is giving wrong billing and she was speaking over me and she was shouting at me but all her information was not straight she mentioned I paid on the 28th where as I paid on the 29th of February she then said that I owe 2months of payment whereas I owe for December only her facts are not straight I want a refund and I want my services cut off this company is a ****!!
