*******. I want my money back.

A bunch of ******* I tell you. I have used Rain for over 2 years and never had any billing issues. Recently they deducted R739.00 X3 on the 20th of May, I called them and I was reassured that my R1478.00 would be refunded within 5 to 10 days, to day is the 1st of June and they have not refunded my money. On top of that they don't even respond to my tickets. I just want want my money back and for them to take their stupid router but still nothing. To think that I went for over a week with no signal and they had the audacity to deduct 3 payments from my account on the same day and now they are ignoring me.
