I want my money back
I am so disappointing in RAIN, got my sim card yesterday and cancelled my DSTV. Thinking I will be streaming now.
I am so ****ed off right now and so angry. I have been trying to use the data from last night but not winning. 1st it takes forever to read the sim card on my phone and when it does read it. its so slow and terrible.
I want my 479 back, you Guys don't even have a contact center to ASSIST.
HOW DO I RETURN THIS STUPID SIM CARD AND GET MY MONEY BACK?
