I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I am so discussed with Rain Mobile's service. Firstly on their map it shows coverage in my area but none whatsoever. I called to ask for a refund as I was billed but I could not connect since I received the sim , I was promised and refund until today I have not received it. Tessa the "manager" said she will make sure I receive it. When I sent an email again on the 10-07-2019 I was sent an blank email. They are making me a fool. What type of service is this RAIN???
