I WANT MY CHILD'S MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT

Problem is was I notified of such amount being deducted in my account , so Rain decides on its own what amount it deducts in someone account

The only problem is money was never been deducted like this,now all of the sudden my money get deducted however Rain wants...right now you telling me Rain cannot refund my money , which agreement did we get to that any amount of money will be deducted in my account...all along this was not happening now this is happening , no notification or anything was sent to me to make me aware right now money is being deducted

I don't see the part it states that any amount of money will be deducted in my account, in my contract where does it state failure to make payment R330 will be deducted...what I'd like to understand any amount of money will be deducted in my account without my consent or communication
