I WANT A REFUND
Tried registering with Rain again after months. There's a tower 600m from my house. Getting 0.1 mbps speeds. Sent in TWO queries. Took over a week to respond. Will wait another before they respond again.
I want a refund. ARE THERE ANY CAPABLE FLIPPING ISP'S IN THIS COUNTRY?
