I want a refund

I app**** for a sim on 07 July and to date I haven’t received the sim card but an amount of R479 was debited from my account. I logged a ticket on 27 July which Earl responded to saying I’ll receive a sim and I haven’t received a sim.I have since logged 3 tickets which haven’t been responded to.I’m so frustrated as I needed the sim to work from home but the only thing I want right now is to be refunded my money,I don’t want any service from Rain.That company doesn’t care about their company,this is the worst possible service I’ve ever received
