I want a new router or my money back

It has been 4 days now, calling Rain with no assistance. I have reported that my router has a problem and the problem is NOT about the network but they insisted that it’s the network, they did all they did to troubleshoot and all that didn’t help. I continued reporting that whatever they did to optimise didn’t work ‘like I have mentioned the problem is not the network’. Now they left me hanging, rain should train their Technical team I am not sure if they understand what they are doing.
