They service are very bad i wont recommend any one to take part or use any of their products i had this router and decided that i dont need it anymore i made arrangements with them to come and fetch their equipment they deduct firstly R300 for cancellation fee and after 2months their deduct again R625 which was a full month's payment i phoned then they told me it was the cancellation fee now they dont want to refund my money and they equipment is in In a box for 2 months so i wound recommend anyone to make use of they products and service Rain wifi company they are ******* and im going to post it and make people aware of their ****s
