I upgraded to rain o...

I upgraded to rain one and since it was delivered I have not been connected and the rain simcard we have been using can barely connect to the internet, have logged numerous tickets to rain and called thrice but no assistance whatsoever, I have been using rain for years now and have never experienced this, I'm really disappointed
