I upgraded from the 5g lte to the new rain 101 product, the service recieved was quick and swift, my new router and add ons were delivered to me the next day. However the process of cancelation was abit problematic. However, a gentleman by the name of Mikhail Ford was so helpful, he managed to sort out my problem so quickly, provided continued feedback as to the progress step by step, every step of the way. I am ever so grateful as his kind demour and patience made it easy. And communication was on point. Treating me as a customer should be treated no matter that the fault was on their end, a miss communication issue. Mr Ford went out of his bounds departmentally to ensure my needs were met. Kiddos to him and his support staff. Everyone may only share their negative experiences, but guys go and deal with Mr Ford. I promise you, you will receive mvp treatment.
