I thought my internet was cut for some reason and I called the customer care line and was assisted by a friendly lady. I was having a problem making calls as well using the sim cards and I thought not having the sim cards on me was going to be a problem but the assistant I was speaking to said she would send the instructions on how to activate the cards for calls via email.
