I struggled with connectivity for the entire month of July where I couldn't even connect to a mere Teams meeting and that time I'm working from home

I struggled with connectivity for the entire month of July where I couldn't even connect to a mere Teams meeting and that time I'm working from home. Logged numerous tickets but still received no assistance. I canceled my services with them and yet they are still billing me abd refuse to give me my refund.
