I struggle to get hold of anybody at Rain to help me sort out my questions

I struggle to get hold of anybody at Rain to help me sort out my questions. They don’t answer their phones, the support doesn’t come back to me. The App doesn’t work, e-mails doesn’t work and nothing or anybody seems to work. I am very unsatisfied with their service, if there is any at all. Danie Grobler
