!!! I STILL SAY, RAIN CANNOT MEET THE DEMAND!!!

I have sent an email to *** with 3 screen shots documenting a very terrible speed, 1st screen shot was taken at 17:40 and it was so bad that it could not connect to the test server, 2nd was taken at 18:11, with 0.9 Mbps, 3rd was taken at 18:40, with a mere 0.2 Mbps, the subject of my mail has my ID number along with the Sim name for easy verification. Lets see your tectics this time.🤔

I m not even making this up, its been 4 hours without uninterrupted internet, my speed is 0.1 Mbps, Don't be fooled by the sleek, colorful router designs—the actual performance is non-existent. find out about the coverage in your area first before you even think about it.

It is now 22:04, and I still don't have internet, it has gone to down to 0.0 Mbps now, I have the screen all the screen shots to proof it. More than 4 hours of this lousy connection, I M NOT PAYING FOR THIS DOWNTIME!!!!!!

LIES LIES!!!!!, "There is an alarm on my reguler serving tower" you said, its funny how it takes a hello peter post for you to notice that, how do even constitute this as an alarm if it did not even notify you, I m paying for all of those downtime hours and all we get is "Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused"

This will be the perfect time for your so called engineers to look at the issue because even as we speak, I have the same issue, since 16:00 and now its 18:30 and I can guarantee it will carry on to 22:00 same as last night, I sent another email to *** with the 3 screen shots of a very low speed, 0.5 at 17:00, 1.1 at 17:37 and 0.6 at 18:05, Please check yoir state of the art system for alarms and dont wait for us to notify you of the issue.

IT IS DOWN, COMPLETELY GONE, 0.0 MBPS, SERIOUSLY? I HAVE LOGGED COUNTLESS TICKETS, MADE SO MANY CALLS TO YOUR INDIAN AGENTS, COMMUNICATED WITH YOUR BOT SO MANY TIMES ABOUT THE VERY SAME THING, AND YOU ASKING FOR MORE TIME? ITS BEEN MONTHS AND MONTHS, WHAT DO WE DO IN THE MEANTIME? ITS ONLY MONEY YOU WANT BUT NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT, YOU ARE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER DELT WITH IN MY LIFE.

IT IS NOW 21:00 AND I STILL DONT HAVE INTERNET, I GUESS THERE IS ANOTHER ALARM ON MY SERVING TOWER WHICH WILL STRANGELY RESOLVE ITSELF AT 22:00, SAME THING AS LAST NIGHT. I M NOT PAYING FOR THIS SIX HOURS OF UNSTABLE INTERNET,
I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS OF YOUR VERY LOW SPEED FOR THOSE HOURS.

I SPOKE TOO SOON, I HAVE CREDIT WHERE IT ISN'T DUE. MY INTERNET IS STILL DOWN. O HAVE SCREENSHOTS AS PROOF IF YOU NEED IT. THIS IS NOW 7 HOURS OF DOWNTIME AND COUNTING...

Ooh, so I m crazy?? Thats what annoys me about rain, I did not have internet for the whole of yesterday until around 11 pm, and you come and say you this? You do not explain and take accountability as to why you did not supply the internet, I hope consumers sees you for what you are, ****mer who solicites good reviews of administration instead of what you should be supplying which is internet.
You not saying anything about your engineers thay are looking into the issue anymore, maybe that comment will be reserved for the next post, I will be gathering more evidence later, I m sure of it.
