I spoke with Cielen Ramnath The consultant was friendly and to the point. He was a bit fast when speaking and I felt like I couldn’t ask questions, but then I realised that this was just his way of speaking and when I understood his rhythm everything went well and I asked the questions I had wanted to. I am grateful that everything was straight to the point. There was no “You’ll have to wait for this or that.” Aside from waiting for delivery of the device, which makes total sense. I have had some horrible sale calls experience trying to get WiFi the past week and the speedy response and easy process really blessed me. He even told me to have a blessed week and to enjoy Heritage day. Good experience overall. I’m happy.
