I spoke with a Technician named Rodney. He was very pleasant and helpful. I explained the issue i was having with my current rain router. He told me more about the new rain smart router and i wanted to uograde to this new smart router. He said he will get a sales representative to call me and within minutes i got a call from Junaid Goolam. He was suoer friendly and helpful sent me the payment link and my order was on its way. These guys are truly assets to the company! Super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Rain because of the service i received from these two guys!
