I spoke to the sales person Ash, he assisted me with wifi the coverage map said there is no service he went out of his way looking for coverage towers and spoke to his manger that I do have but it doesn't show on the coverage map

I spoke to the sales person Ash, he assisted me with wifi the coverage map said there is no service he went out of his way looking for coverage towers and spoke to his manger that I do have but it doesn't show on the coverage map. Very greatful for him hopes he gets a promotion.
